Key Responsibilities:

CLIENT ENGAGEMENT: Serve as the main liaison for the brand, overseeing the entire workflow and becoming the subject matter expert. Cultivate the client relationship through effective communication, problem resolution, and prompt responses. Provide guidance for your direct reports and assist in their professional growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful plan execution. INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATION: Coordinate with our European markets to fulfill client requirements. Implement established processes and workflows while ensuring accountability among team members for their responsibilities. Brief local teams on campaigns and offer direction on expectations for each assignment. Foster strong relationships through regular communication and meetings. CLIENT PARTNERSHIP: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor for our clients by nurturing a robust relationship through effective communication and teamwork. Take ownership of the brand and deliver value to the client with a hands-on approach. Possess a comprehensive understanding of campaign planning components such as briefings, responses, media roles, reporting, and results to facilitate client discussions. DETAIL ORIENTATION: Oversee all facets of the brand on a global scale, from plan formulation to budget oversight and campaign performance. Maintain organization and process orientation, tracking plans and briefs while managing deadlines effectively. Collaborate with internal teams in planning, reporting, analytics, and measurement.

Starcom is seeking an International Brand Lead to enhance its operations. We are looking for a candidate who will excel in client account leadership and ensure client satisfaction. The ideal individual will work closely with teams worldwide, building strong relationships and supporting the development of top-tier media campaigns.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

A minimum of 6 years of experience in an agency setting (prior agency experience preferred; client experience acceptable); Global or international exposure (strongly preferred); A solid understanding of the digital media landscape; A proven track record in managing omnichannel campaigns; Experience in the automotive sector (preferred but not mandatory); A strategic mindset; Familiarity with activation and financial reconciliation processes.

Additionally, the candidate should be able to:

Efficiently manage projects and personnel; Analyze and interpret data effectively; Communicate fluently in English - this is essential for a global role, along with proficiency in Italian; Utilize the Microsoft Suite of applications proficiently.
