Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and organized Strategic Operations Manager to support our CEO, Luca Toscano, during growth and development. This role is ideal for someone with experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO or as a Project Manager with experience in leading teams of at least 15 people from diverse backgrounds; who is eager to step into a strategic and integrative role. As Strategic Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in managing administrative functions, coordinating key projects, reports and follow-ups, and facilitating communication between the CEO and the staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and oversee company strategic projects, collaborating with department heads and stakeholders to ensure timely execution and delivery.
  • Schedule Management: Manage the CEO's schedule and priorities, ensuring that critical issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Communication Coordination: Coordinate and streamline communication and meetings between departments, aligning efforts with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO, senior leadership team, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, such as an Executive Assistant to a CEO, Project Manager, or equivalent.
  • Experience in leading teams of at least 15 people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively.
  • Experience in strategic planning, project coordination, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and project management tools (The company operates using Google Workspace, and other industry-specific cloud platforms).
  • Fluency in Italian and English is required; proficiency in Spanish is an asset.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred, though candidates with equivalent experience will be considered.
