Academic Researcher

At Karlstad University, we are seeking a highly skilled Academic Researcher to join our faculty of Economics. As part of the research cluster 'Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Management', you will be working closely with Prof. Christoph Stöckmann to contribute significantly to research in the field of entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial behavior of managers and employees in existing companies.

The successful candidate will apply extensive theoretical knowledge and advanced quantitative methods to investigate inter-individual (e.g. passion, resilience), intra-individual (e.g. leadership, AI) or organizational (ambidexterity, entrepreneurial hustle) topics. Your research findings will make an important contribution to teaching and applied projects with companies as an academic expert in the Faculty of Economics and Management.

• Title: Junior and Senior University Researchers with fixed-term contract (RTD) - Management (Prof. Stöckmann, Christoph)
• Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience
