Job Title:

Regional Sales Manager - Central Italy

About the Role:

This is a highly challenging and rewarding role that involves managing distribution channels and customer relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify prospects for distribution and channel management teams and develop professional relationships to understand customer needs and suggest products or services that meet those needs.
  • Conduct business development activities for distribution and channel management teams within defined customer segments to support the business strategy.
  • Identify bid opportunities, participate in the preparation of bid responses, and negotiate with potential customers.
  • Develop new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.
  • Proactively support and develop prospective projects with assigned customers and present to the sales business development team.
  • Develop personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows, present new products to increase the visibility of the organization, and prepare workshops for assigned customers.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Advanced knowledge obtained through proven work experience in the HVAC sector or similar.
  • Practical to substantial knowledge of organization, programs, or systems of structured companies with the ability to make enhancements and leverage them in daily work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with colleagues as a team player.
  • Ability to use main IT tools.
  • Availability for weekly travel.
  • A valid driving license (type B).
  • A minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience in the HVAC sector or similar.

Estimated Salary:

€60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
