Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Michael Page International, you will be responsible for leading projects to achieve their goals in terms of time, quality, costs, and product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a Project Management Plan to ensure project implementation
  • Coordinate the creation of subordinate management plans and other planning documents
  • Lead the Project Team and coordinate all activities in the project
  • Be the interface to the customer and other involved parties (stakeholders)
  • Create the Project Scope definition, including a Product Breakdown Structure (PBS) and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
  • Perform the Project Risk List, identifying possible project risks and planning risk countermeasures
  • Provide timely relevant information for the Project steering committee and board management
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a mid-high complex environment
  • Good social and leadership skills, with proven experience in leading team members
  • Proven experience as a single Point of Contact (SPoC) for the customer
  • Knowledge in Project Management Fundamentals and familiar with Project Management methodologies such as Agile or modern Stage Gate
  • Good Equipment and Digital Systems understanding (Data Science, Electronics, Control, Mechanics)
  • Good ability to run configuration management and change management in the project
  • Familiar with structured problem-solving methodologies
  • Fluent in the English language
