Havas Life Italy Srl, a leading healthcare communication agency, is seeking a highly skilled Junior Medical Writer to join its team in Milan.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality medical content for various audiences, including healthcare professionals, patients, and pharmacists, in compliance with current legislation on pharmaceutical communication.

The successful candidate will be part of the Medical Department at Havas Life and will have a defined growth program to ensure their professional development and autonomy.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Developing and managing medical communication materials for different target audiences
  • Managing the text in all stages of the workflow (revisions, editing, layout control)
  • Ability to read and interpret clinical study results
  • Ability to interpret client requests and be proactive in meeting their needs
  • Ability to interact with clients and the work team

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Scientific Disciplines
  • Scientific preparation, research, and critical analysis of scientific literature, precision, and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and report to the assigned referent
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Excellent use of the Microsoft Office package

Working hours: Full-time
