Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our recruitment efforts and identify top talent for our projects in the Middle East region and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networking websites.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet project requirements and timelines.
  • Collaborate with the Operations department to coordinate mobilization clearance, medicals, and visa arrangements.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our projects.
  • Provide regular reporting to the Line Manager on recruitment progress and status.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role, preferably in the Oil & Gas or Infrastructure sector.
