Job Description

This Billing Support Associate position is part of our Finance Department in Milan. The successful candidate will support the billing function, working with partners and the Finance Manager to manage the full billing cycle.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial operations, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and general accounting principles. They will be responsible for preparing and processing timely and high-quality invoices, as well as monitoring and following up on outstanding receivables.

Responsibilities
  1. Support the billing function by preparing and processing timely and high-quality invoices.
  2. Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables, ensuring prompt payment from clients.
  3. Collaborate with partners and the Finance Manager to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  4. Process cash receipts and update customer master data.
  5. Prepare thorough reports on billing activity for clients or partners.
