About E-Frontiers

We are a global contractor that delivers large-scale industrial and data centre projects for leading companies like Amazon, Google, and Microsoft.

We are now seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Business Development Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving market expansion, securing high-value contracts, and establishing a strong presence in Italy's data centre sector.

The Job Description

  1. You will lead the business expansion in Italy, including hiring key personnel and establishing leadership.
  2. You will develop and execute strategies to secure major data centre projects.
  3. You will build and maintain relationships with industry leaders.
  4. You will manage the tendering process and ensure we are on key tender lists.
  5. You will work closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with company growth objectives.

Your Qualifications

  • You have a strong background in business development, sales, or project management within the construction or data centre industry.
  • You have a well-established industry network and experience working with major clients and stakeholders.
  • You have expertise in tendering, negotiation, and securing contracts for large-scale projects.
  • You have the ability to lead and expand operations in a new market.
  • You are comfortable travelling extensively, with a base in Milan.
