Process Improvement Specialist

Amazon's EU Sort Center (EUSC) Process Excellence team seeks a highly skilled and motivated member as a Process Improvement Specialist- Standard Work to develop a world-class middle-mile process that delivers goods on time at the best cost.
This position will support Amazon transportation and drive operational excellence and project management across the entire EUSC network. A successful candidate will have experience managing large and complex projects and extreme bias for action needed in a startup environment.
The role requires approximately 15% travel within the EU.
Key Responsibilities- Support to improve the vision, content, and delivery of standard work and leadership routines.
- Quality Control: Provide overall governance of the Process Excellence documents in Policy 2.0 and manage quality control system to ensure regular updating cadence adherence and changes are made in a timely manner.
- Own the standardization of all under-the-roof metric bridge requirements and clear integration into leadership routines.
- Optimize and integrate multi-use flows (M3) standard work into the core leadership routines and standard work. Identify opportunities to integrate M3 metrics, bridge requirements, meetings, and standard work activities into existing day-to-day.
- Work with the Finance team on the ATS Standard Staffing Model by providing clearly defined standard work for all under-the-roof roles and identifying opportunities to optimize standard work and roles.
