We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure compliance with customer and internal specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to manufacturing staff on quality procedures and best practices.
- Technical degree in a relevant field such as engineering or quality assurance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations, including ISO 9001 and IRIS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
