Job Responsibilities

As a key member of the De'Longhi Group's Purchasing team, you will be responsible for managing suppliers, defining and implementing a strategic purchasing plan, and ensuring the best targets in terms of quality, timing, and prices for the components assigned. This will involve performing economic and quantitative evaluations of offers, managing negotiations with suppliers, and guaranteeing product development and production flow continuity.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Managing negotiations with suppliers
  • Supporting the implementation of the strategic purchasing plan defined in collaboration with the Commodity Manager
  • Sourcing activities, ensuring the economic and quantitative evaluation of the offers
  • Managing purchase lists
  • Granting quantity and quality of the components purchased, as well as delivery times
  • Monitoring existing suppliers with a view to optimizing the purchasing process

Job Profile

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced candidate with a strong background in purchasing and a willingness to relocate abroad to grow in an international context. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience within a Purchasing Department of international companies and a degree in engineering. Previous experience in purchasing mechanical/plastic commodities is a plus.
