Job Description:

Adecco Italia S.p.A. is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Addetto/A Gastronomia in a leading company operating in the GDO sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the salumeria department, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the salumeria department, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer loyalty
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
