We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of ERP finance solutions within our organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring the successful implementation of ERP solutions within the finance domain.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. They will also have experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or Netsuite, and be fluent in English.

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ERP finance modules. They will also lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting for ERP finance initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ERP finance modules.
  • Translating business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements for ERP system enhancements or implementations.
  • Leading project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting for ERP finance initiatives.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and vendors, to ensure project milestones are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Conducting user training sessions and providing ongoing support during system implementations and post-implementation phases.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and facilitating communication between business users and technical teams.
  • Promoting corporate culture and values among employees, leveraging positive relationships with the company's leaders to obtain optimum results.
  • Ensuring systems compliance to SOX, GDPR regulations and to all Company requirements and policies.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of experience (5-7 years) as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in ERP implementations for global companies, specifically within the finance domain. They will also have excellent analytical and diagnostic skills combined with excellent planning and problem-solving skills.
