  • We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to join our Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team in Strategic Integrated Network Planning. In this role, you will contribute to delivering customer packages faster, more reliably, and at a lower cost. Our Supply Chain Managers play a critical role in our global business, keeping our complex, international supply chains working seamlessly and efficiently.
  • As a Senior Supply Chain Manager, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders across Amazon, from Operational teams who are fulfilling customer orders to Retail teams. You will help us optimize our supply chains to make our customer experience even better and our business more energy and cost-efficient.
  • About the Team
  • The ATS team is a diverse group of professionals who play a central role in our success. We use air, sea, and road transport, as well as sortation centers equipped with the latest technology, to help Amazon's transport run at maximum efficiency. The Strategic Integrated Network Planning team is responsible for managing the end-to-end long-term planning from ATS perspective, as well as the long- to mid-term planning of new businesses and programs.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Define innovative supply chain and operating models for various businesses.
  • Analyze and interpret large complex data sets to improve efficiency across supply chains and multiple operations.
  • Influence a broad set of stakeholders and partner with diverse and dynamic teams across Europe to manage complex operational challenges.
  • Support and drive improvement across planning and organization of complex projects taking a big-picture approach.
  • Couch and develop others to build a stronger team.
  • About You
  • You will need to have a Master's degree and experience in program or project management, as well as experience in supply chain. You will also need to be able to use data and metrics to determine and drive improvements, and have experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS include an MBA or MBA in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field, experience leading process improvements, experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment.
