Controlling Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Controlling Specialist to support our Services Area, including After Sales and Remarketing, for a 12-month mission. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent financial skills.

• Prepare dashboards and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.
• Conduct assessments on labor and part costs, providing insights to optimize efficiency.
• Develop and maintain monthly financial statements, variance reports, and financial forecasts, including management's discussion and analysis.
• Analyze variable service costs and COGS, collaborating with Subsidiaries Controllers to propose corrective actions.
• Monitor working capital drivers, including stock, accounts receivable, and overdue amounts.
• Provide monthly operational reporting for After Sales and Remarketing divisions, including in-depth cost analyses.
• Collaborate with Business Partners to analyze profitability of Service Contracts and Remarketing campaigns.

• Fluent in English and international approach.
• Master's degree in Economics.
• Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques.
• Experience in managing profit and loss and cash flow.
• Understanding of product economics, including volumes, pricing, margins, and ROI.
• Business financial analysis skills.
• Gap and variance analysis expertise.
• Pricing analysis knowledge.
