Highly Skilled Electrical Engineer for Rotating Machines

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Electric Motor Engineer to join our team at W Executive S.R.L.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance rotating electric machines for various applications, including agriculture, residential, solar, and industrial sectors.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and development of rotating electric machines
• Proposal of new developments and product modifications
• Definition of technical solutions
• Management of design changes and new developments
• Understanding of product system and interactions between components
• Understanding of customer technical needs
• Support to Manufacturing, Sales, and Service/Quality departments
• Coordination with Electric Engineering Global organization
• Analysis of products from main competitors
• Verification of conformity to standards and legal requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
• Over 5 years of experience in electric motor design in an Engineering or R&D Department
• Ability to calculate and specify electric motor windings
• Possession of precision, reliability, and organization skills
• Good communication and team building skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in English language
• Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is around €80,000 - €110,000 depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

Work Location: Province of Vicenza
