Process Development Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team in Termoli, Italy. As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in analyzing and improving manufacturing processes to boost productivity, reduce costs, and minimize environmental, health, and safety risks.
Key Responsibilities- Optimize Manufacturing Processes: Improve usage, minimize waste, increase capacity and production rates, reduce batch times, and enhance product quality.
- Develop Process Engineering Packages: Create PFDs, PIDs, process specifications, material and energy balances, and DCS control logics.
- Lead Improvement Projects: Champion quality by implementing strategies to ensure our products consistently meet the highest standards.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work effectively with production and maintenance supervisors to resolve plant anomalies and troubleshoot machine failures.
- Implement Operational Excellence Programs: Develop and implement Six Sigma, CI, 5S, Lean, and Operational Excellence programs to drive process improvements.
- Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering: First work experience including apprenticeships, etc.
- Teamwork and Project Management Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, English and Italian language skills.
- Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Six Sigma/ Lean/ Continuous Improvement tools, problem-solving techniques, experience in high-risk industries (Seveso), and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
