As a Senior Mass Spectrometer Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance of our cutting-edge mass spectrometers and related HPLCs. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance technical skills to perform top-tier maintenance, installations, and repairs of SCIEX mass spectrometers and related HPLCs.
  • Work closely with mentors and senior engineers to gain hands-on experience and knowledge.
  • Conduct customer site visits to ensure optimal functioning of equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Education: 3-year Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field (including Istituto Tecnologico Superiore - ITS Academy) or equivalent field experience.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain robust relationships, both internally and externally with customers.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel for customer visits and training sessions. A valid Driving License (Category B) is essential.
