About the Role
Bethanie, a leading not-for-profit aged care provider, is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist at Bethanie, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving the quality of life of our residents.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Provide person-centred assessments, interventions, and programs to support the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Utilize your skills and experience to promote independence, mobility, and quality of life for our residents

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (AHPRA)
• Experience in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of therapeutic programs
• Commitment to person-centred care and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Proficient with common computer systems and software, with the ability to develop skills to work proficiently with clinical information systems and databases
• Current Police Clearance, or willingness to apply for one
• Willingness to obtain required vaccinations – 3 x COVID vaccinations and annual flu vaccination
