Role Description

Holidu is a leading travel tech company that aims to make vacation rental search and booking easy for travelers. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in achieving this mission.

Responsibilities
  1. Reach out to vacation rental owners and execute sales strategies to find the right solution for their needs.
  2. Generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  3. Monitor activity tracking and completion of monthly targets.
  4. Conduct regular business trips to focus regions and gain valuable market insights.
  5. Support the onboarding process of new team members and share knowledge with international sales teams.
  6. Help organize events to promote Holidu and build a community of hosts.
Requirements
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to convince hosts over the phone and face-to-face.
  • Positive mindset towards new challenges and empathic personality that enables strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Solution-driven attitude and ability to work in a responsible and organized way.
  • Near native Italian skills and fluent English skills.
  • Driver license.
