Customer Service Representative

The Consumer Care Specialist at Dainese is a key member of our Digital Department, responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our global consumers. This role requires a high level of product knowledge, ranging from motorbike apparel to snow and bike products. The ideal candidate will be an expert in our brands' products, with a strong understanding of our brand messaging and goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound communications with consumers, ensuring timely and effective responses to their inquiries.
- Apply consultative selling and product knowledge to develop and build ongoing customer relationships.
- Act as a brand champion, advising clients on technical questions and providing support throughout the purchase process.
- Manage requests for customized products and handle requests related to service and reparation.
Key Skills and Background:
- 2+ years of experience in a structured B2C customer service department.
- Experience in the motorbike industry or willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to use grammar, syntax, vocabulary, and spelling correctly.
- Fluency in English and German or French, with Italian, Spanish, or other languages being a plus.
