Job Title: Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Assistant to join our team at Pieve Aldina. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team with daily, weekly, and monthly data analysis and tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and prepare various sales reports to support the sales team
  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales Office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication via phone and email to address inquiries and requests promptly
  • Actively participate in sales meetings, contributing to discussions and follow-up actions
  • Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing with special projects or tasks as assigned, ensuring timely and accurate execution
Requirements:
  • Hotel management school diploma or master's degree in hospitality or another relevant degree
  • Excellent knowledge of the hotel industry, ideally with prior experience in a hotel chain
  • Excellent command of English, Italian; knowledge of French is a preferred asset
  • Passion, positivity, and dynamism
