Rockfall Technical Specialist

**About the Role**

The successful candidate will be part of the Corporate Rockfall Business Unit at Maccaferri, a leading company in the field of rockfall protection and mitigation solutions. As a Rockfall Technical Specialist, you will be involved in the design and development of innovative rockfall protection products and solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including engineering plans, graphics, and technical specifications, to support the design and production of rockfall protection products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify solutions to improve product efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide technical support and training to internal stakeholders on design software and rockfall protection solutions.
• Support the development of business strategies and plans to drive growth and revenue in the rockfall protection market.
• Work closely with the Business Unit Manager to manage relationships with company subsidiaries and ensure alignment with business goals.

**Requirements**

• Master's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in design/engineering firms, preferably in the rockfall protection industry.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
