Main Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and serve a selection of premium wines, spirits, and craft cocktails from our menu, adhering to established recipes and Armani Hotel standards.
  2. Deliver exceptional service to guests at the Bamboo Bar, offering detailed descriptions of each beverage's origin, flavor profile, and preparation methods.
  3. Anticipate and meet guests' needs, ensuring their satisfaction and responding promptly to concerns and requests.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, following our checklist and performing all opening and closing duties.
  5. Collaborate harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors, embodying Armani Hotel's style, culture, and philosophy.
  6. Build strong relationships with internal and external guests, as well as representatives from competitor hotels and business partners.

Qualifications and Expertise

  1. Fluency in English and Italian, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  2. Previous experience in similar or related positions, with a proven track record of success.
