Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Goods Entry Team to verify the accuracy of documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Evaluate anomalies in incoming documentation and open non-conformities on the Track Wise system as needed.
- Work with Quality departments to investigate the root causes of anomalies and communicate with customers for clarification.
- Perform GMP verification of customer samples and documentation.
- Prepare documentation for customer audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inaccuracies in documentation.
- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams and engage with customers.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and track and trace software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
