Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Design Manager to lead our ASIC team at Ic Resources. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of silicon design projects from definition through architecture, microarchitecture, SoC design, and production launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of circa 15 engineers and lead the expansion of the team to 30+ initially and further beyond.
  • Collaborate with firmware/software, verification, and validation teams to ensure optimal design quality.
  • Develop and implement digital IC design flow strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.

Requirements

  • Extensive background in digital SoC/ASIC design with experience in multiple project development life cycles.
  • Strong knowledge of the complete digital IC design flow.
  • Experience managing silicon design teams and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of u-processor architecture and bus architecture.
  • Excellent collaborative, team spirit, and communication skills.
