Junior Actuary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Actuary to join our Analytics team in Rome or Milan. As a Junior Actuary, you will be responsible for pricing and risk management, market data analysis, and risk assessment.

• Pricing and risk management: develop and implement pricing models, manage risk, and optimize reinsurance programs.
• Market data analysis: analyze market data, identify trends, and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Risk assessment: assess and manage risk, identify potential risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Collaboration: work closely with the business and technical teams to develop and implement reinsurance programs.

• Master's degree in Statistics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience in pricing and risk management, market data analysis, and risk assessment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access.
• Fluency in English.
