Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to cover the Centre and South regions of Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing in-market plans to increase Trek's share and brand position in the territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute in-market plans to increase Trek's share and brand position in the Centre and South regions of Italy.
- Responsible for developing and executing in-store plans, including stocking new ranges and remodeling stores.
- Develop sales strategy in cooperation with the core team and keep dealers informed.
- Conduct market research to understand the competitive environment.
- Work closely with marketing on marketing plans, introductions, and communication via email, web, POP, and B2B.
- Increase business knowledge at our dealer base and be a trusted business consultant to them.
- Work with Sales Manager to set overall targets and split those per territory.
- Report on sales numbers.
- Stimulate the use of sales reporting tools.
- Monitor stock position and initiate sales promotions to close out products in time.
- Work with credit management regarding credit risks.
- Participate in 'Win the Season' events with dealers.
- Visit dealers, with 75% of travel required.
- Fluent in Italian and English, with additional languages a plus.
- Experience in the cycling industry.
- 5 years of experience in a sales position.
