Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Truck Sales Professional to join our team in Italy. This exciting role will be based in the Padova, Venezia, Treviso, Belluno, Pordenone, Udine, and Trieste regions.

Job Description

This senior sales professional will be responsible for managing the commercial relationship with dealers and fleets, achieving sales targets, and developing the customer base according to our business strategy. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as a proven track record of sales experience (at least 3 years) in a similar industry.

  • Management of the tyre business dedicated to TT;
  • Management of the main market dealers and fleet for its area of focus;
  • Market analysis activities;
  • Identification of business opportunities and possible new development;
  • Customer management to improve and increase customer productivity;
  • Establishing a relationship of trust and partnership between the company and the customer.

The assigned field will involve traveling throughout the designated regions to meet with customers, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to drive sales growth. A Bachelor's Degree is required, and fluency in Italian is essential, with good knowledge of English also desirable. Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales revenue growth through effective management of dealer and fleet relationships;
  • Develop and implement market analysis reports to inform business decisions;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities;
  • Conduct customer needs assessments and develop targeted sales strategies;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and partners;
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and market trends.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a similar industry;
  • Proven ability to drive sales revenue growth and manage customer relationships;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
  • Fluency in Italian (written and spoken);
  • Good knowledge of English (spoken);
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or Communications).
