Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Dana Incorporated. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Management: Manage customer relationships and resolve quality-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Quality Standards Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality standards and procedures.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce defects.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet quality standards.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Generate reports and maintain documentation to track quality metrics and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Professional Background: 0-4 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer software and ability to generate reports.
  • Language Skills: English and Italian language proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ERP-SAP QM Module: Experience with ERP-SAP QM Module.
  • Minitabs and Statistics Tools: Familiarity with Minitabs and specific statistics tools.
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949: Knowledge of IATF 16949 standards.
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Advanced Excel skills, including macro and visual basic.
