RINA is seeking a skilled Technical Coordinator to support its Aerospace & Defence Division in Rome.

Mission

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating technical and documentary support to the project, including registration, classification, distribution, and archiving of large volumes of information. They will also be responsible for compiling and using project databases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Registers of Auditing, Quality Assurance, Design, Production, Maintenance, Training, and Continuing Airworthiness Management;
  • Register, classify, distribute, and archive information flows related to Regulation, Continuing Airworthiness, and Recognition;
  • Register, classify, distribute, and archive information flows related to employee training in accordance with Certification, Auditing, and Airworthiness standards;
  • Manage control and coordination tools for technical activities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED in Engineering General;
  • At least 2 years of experience in the same specific field;
  • Proficiency in English language at least A2 CEFR level or equivalent, both written and spoken.
