Job Description:

We are looking for an Electronics Product Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for product management for Tier 1/distribution channel customers across Europe for passive components, especially inductors. Your tasks will include demand creation, specific design-ins, market research, technical trend analysis, and benchmarking. You will also develop and implement product strategies for Europe and set up tactics for each customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product management for Tier 1/distribution channel customers across Europe for passive components, especially inductors
  • Demand creation, specific design-ins, market research, technical trend analysis, and benchmarking
  • Product development and innovation in cooperation with our customers
  • Product strategy development for Europe as well as tactic setup for each customer
  • Interface for strategic decisions between our headquarter/factories in Japan and our account managers in Europe
  • Sales support during customer meetings and the acquisition of design-ins
  • Daily support for technical and commercial inquiries

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An academic degree in electrical engineering or comparable qualification
  • Experience in electronics (on component and/or application level)
  • Experience in technical product marketing, technical sales, or similar position
  • Preferably work experience in the automotive and/or distribution market
  • Positive work attitude, commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and team spirit
  • Proactive learning attitude regarding products and processes
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Willingness to travel
  • Driver's license required

Estimated Salary: €65,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. This salary estimate is based on industry standards for similar positions in Europe.
