Job Title: Key Account Manager

About this role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Club Med. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key business partners in the tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-develop and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Develop and animate business with key partners, ensuring performance and lead growth.
  • Responsible for a dedicated portfolio of key partners, building trustful relationships and expanding relationships with existing customers.
  • Ensure professional administration and organization, including updating visits and actions in Salesforce and providing weekly reports of sales actions.
  • Identify new areas of business and opportunities to increase sales, playing an integral part in generating new sales and developing new relationships with key partners.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in business, management, marketing, communication, or relationship management in the hospitality/tourism industry.
  • Confirmed experience in tourism and hospitality commercial side, with proven success in developing partnerships and brand relevant partners.
  • Proven experience and track record as a key account manager, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on mutual needs, with excellent organizational skills and ability in problem-solving and negotiation.

Language: Fluent Italian and good level of English (writing and speaking), with French as a plus.

Location: Rome, with frequent travel to Milan.

Job Type: Permanent contract.
