Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Sales Expert to join our dynamic team at the Fidenza Outlet in Italy. This part-time role offers a competitive salary, with commissions on concession sales, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within the OTB Group.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and assisting clients, ensuring a seamless in-store experience
- Acting as a trusted advisor, making personalized recommendations based on client needs and preferences
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with new fashion trends
- Developing and nurturing meaningful client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in sales roles, preferably in the luxury retail sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- A passion for fashion, style, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
