At Donaldson, we are committed to solving the world's most complex filtration challenges through innovation and breakthrough solutions. We are seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and contribute to advancing filtration for a cleaner world.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing Product Lifecycle Management processes, including the Accelerated Product Development (APD) and Change Qualification Process (CQP), to create world-class products with on-time production launches at our stated quality standard.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Mastering Product Lifecycle Management processes to ensure efficient product development and launch.
  • Implementing APD and CQP procedures to meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality, Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, and Production.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing corrective actions to meet assigned targets.
  • Managing plant assembly departments to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Supporting the introduction of new products and changes in the workshop.
  • Supporting the implementation of quality systems in the workshop.

Requirements for the role include:

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Tools and Techniques.
  • Advanced level of English knowledge.
  • Computer knowledge skills.
