Italy Solutions, a company of Technip Energies Group, is seeking an Equipment Specialist Jr to join its team in Rome, Italy.
We are a group of over 200 professionals focused on engineering services, with main fields of activities including Infrastructure & Industrial Plant Design, Construction Management, and Environmental Engineering.
As an Equipment Specialist Jr, you will work inside the Equipment Specialists team, responsible for mechanical design, procurement, and supplier management of equipment.
Key interfaces include Project teams, Procurement department, Process department, Construction department, and other engineering disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and qualitative preparation of project technical specifications in coordination with other disciplines;
- Equipment preliminary design to calculate minimum thicknesses and foundation loads;
- Preparation of material requisition for inquiry;
- Technical analysis of received bids;
- Preparation of material requisition for purchase;
- Managing of detailed engineering phase and technical follow-up of orders ensuring proper communication with suppliers;
- Adhering to committed man/hours and budget;
- Meeting quality and HSE objectives of the project;
- Interface with other discipline engineers and project supporting functions.

Requirements:
- No experience required;
- Degree with full marks in Mechanical Engineering or similar;
- Preferential criteria: CAD, 3D software;
- Languages: Italian mother tongue, English fluent;
- Main Skills: teamwork, enthusiasm, and proactivity, curiosity in dealing with new issues.
