Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Motor Control Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing complex algorithms for inverters driving Permanent Magnet (PM) and Induction Motor (IM) motors using Model-Based Design approach, from SIL/MIL to C code generation using Matlab/Simulink.
  • Integrating Motor Control Algorithms with the Software architecture platform.
  • Developing and maintaining Software interfaces (communication, Safety, and other applications).
  • Verifying and Validating integrated Software (HIL).
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Master's Degree (PhD is a plus) in Electrical/Electronics/Control System Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in motor control development or control of inverters for automotive/industrial applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Matlab/Simulink.
  • Excellent grasp of embedded systems.
  • Good knowledge of Power Electronics and its application on inverter for motor control.
  • Good knowledge of microcontrollers and C language.
  • Good knowledge of electric motors (IM and PM motors) operations, construction, and applications.
