Job Description

**Synergie Sede** is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Office Specialist. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Accoglienza Ospiti**: Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • **Smistamento Telefonate, E-mail, PEC**: Manage incoming calls, emails, and faxes, and ensure that all correspondence is handled in a timely and efficient manner.
  • **Attività di Segreteria Generica**: Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • **Inoltro Rassegna Stampa Aziendale**: Distribute company newsletters and other publications to relevant stakeholders.
  • **Gestione Sala Riunioni**: Coordinate meeting schedules, set up conference rooms, and ensure that all necessary materials are available.
  • **Gestione della Sede Aziendale**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
  • **Supporto alle Richieste delle Figure Apicali dell'Azienda**: Provide administrative support to senior management and other key personnel.
  • **Gestione del Parco Auto Aziendale**: Manage the company's vehicle fleet, including maintenance, fueling, and parking.
  • **Prenotazione Trasferte**: Arrange travel itineraries and book transportation for employees and clients.
  • **Supporto ai Colleghi dei Vari Dipartimenti**: Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Requirements:
  • **Esperienza**: Previous experience in a front office or similar role is highly desirable.
  • **Doti Comunicative ed Organizzative**: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on courtesy and professionalism.
  • **Conoscenza di Base dei Sistemi Informatici**: Basic knowledge of computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office.
  • **Capacità Organizzative e Attenzione ai Dettagli**: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • **Flessibilità, Precisione e Puntualità**: Flexibility, precision, and punctuality are essential for this role.

  • **Standing Curato**: A neat and tidy appearance is required for this role.
Additional Information:
  • **Contratto a Tempo Determinato in Somministrazione**: This is a temporary contract in outsourcing.
