Job Title: Utilities Responsible & Energy Manager

Job Description:

• Monitor and analyze energy consumption to ensure sustainability and efficiency.
• Develop and implement energy-saving strategies and proposals.
• Ensure proper maintenance and management of utilities within the site.
• Document and maintain accurate records of facilities and equipment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to select and implement energy-efficient solutions.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
• Verify and supervise preventive and extraordinary maintenance activities for facilities.
• Manage and coordinate the procurement of spare parts and materials.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives and policies.

• Laurea in ingegneria (Engineering degree).
• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Knowledge of UNI CEI 11339:2009 and UNI CEI EN ISO 50001:2011 standards.
• English language proficiency (B1 level).

What We Offer:

• Contract a tempo indeterminato (Indefinite contract).
• RAL/RAG trattabili in base alla seniority lavorativa (Salary negotiable based on experience).
