About the RoleAs a Medical Device Ce Marking Technical Leader, you will be responsible for evaluating technical documentation and conducting audits in the Medical Devices Non Active sector, with a focus on devices based on substances. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Organizing and managing audits in Italy for the Medical Devices sector, in accordance with Regulation 745/2017
- Examining technical documentation for medical devices, ensuring compliance with Regulation (EU) 2017/745
- Participating in committees to deliberate and issue conformity certificates
- Collaborating with the Scheme Manager to provide technical support for efficient customer management and certification processes
- Participating in auditor training and conducting internal audits
- Working closely with the Medical Devices team to optimize and develop the sector in all its aspects
- Actively contributing to the development of the Medical Devices sector, including maintaining and extending Bureau Veritas' designation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a scientific field
- Excellent English language skills
- At least 4 years of experience in the Medical Device sector
- Knowledge of technical norms in the medical device sector
- A plus if you hold a Lead Auditor qualification in accordance with Directive 93/42/CEE and Regulation 745/2017, or a Lead Auditor ISO13485 qualification
