Sales Specialist con esperienza in ambito informatico

Job Purpose:

To be the primary point of contact for customers aligned to their respective Business Unit, utilizing expert product knowledge and professional communication skills to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction, identify new sales opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and margin targets through proactive engagement and timely quotation provision.
  • BUILD strong customer relationships by leveraging specialist product knowledge and a confident communication style.
  • Develop and execute a strategy for outbound calls to generate new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Promote TD SYNNEX's value proposition and services to customers, highlighting the benefits of our solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, ensuring seamless customer interactions and effective pipeline management.
  • Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting, providing clear and transparent communication.
  • Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts to drive business growth and collaboration.
  • E nsure compliance with service level agreements and attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as daily talk time and outbound calls.

Requirements:

  • Numerate with attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, with ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, striving to achieve set targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Understand the sales process and possess effective negotiation skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ideal candidates will have prior experience with IT systems, including quotation and order entry software, and CRM platforms.
  • A working knowledge of the IT industry and products would be beneficial but not essential.
