Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with managers on recruitment, talent development, and workforce planning. Oversee and manage payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Guide Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts, fostering a safe and diverse environment. Advise on employee engagement, policy matters, and organizational development. Mentor managers and provide feedback to improve leadership and management capabilities. Support employee life-cycle activities, including onboarding, performance reviews, and exits. Drive employee satisfaction initiatives, working to retain top talent. Ensure compliance with labor laws, payroll regulations, and company policies. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field. Proven experience in Human Resources with a strong focus on payroll management. Deep understanding of payroll systems, compliance with payroll regulations, and employee compensation processes. Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and talent management. Excellent communication skills, able to engage at all levels of the organization.
