About the Role
In this critical role, you will gain a deep understanding of customer workflows and use cases, gather and document technical requirements, and provide technical support in the design and implementation of custom IIoT solutions. You will also participate in the deployment and installation of IIoT applications at customer sites, monitoring and overseeing customer projects to ensure effective deployment and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and document clear technical requirements from customers.
  • Provide technical support in the design and implementation of custom IIoT solutions.
  • Participate in the deployment and installation of IIoT applications at customer sites.
  • Monitor and oversee customer projects, ensuring effective deployment and optimal performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical diploma or relevant practical experience.
  • Proficiency in Python and basic knowledge of network API interfaces.
  • English fluency.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
