As our Head of Hotel Financial Operations, you will be responsible for:

Financial Planning and Analysis

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow our revenue streams
  • Create Proformas and ROI's to build the business and improve YOY revenue growth

Financial Reporting and Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and timely financial information and provide analysis interpretations and projections
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and maintain close communication with public auditors

Leadership and Team Management

  • Take responsibility for the professional development of all team members by identifying training needs and supporting the funding of necessary training
  • Manage sizable teams and budgets and is relentlessly focused on results

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
  • Prior experience as a property finance leader
  • Total proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
