About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Contract Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Services team, you will be responsible for organizing all service contract sales procedures within the country and ensuring customer satisfaction through the accuracy of contracts and proposals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of Service Contracts Sales activity within the assigned region, including sales planning, sales reviews, and marketing activities coordination;
  • Supporting Service Contracts Sales Specialists in subsidiaries to increase service contracts penetration through training and coaching to the field sales force;
  • Collaborating with Sales Managers to define offering and pricing for service contracts;
  • Managing customer retention activities for existing customers with service contracts;
  • Achieving orders, sales, and discounts related to service contract business in the region;
  • Contributing to the overall service contracts sales strategy definition.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

2-5 years' experience in a similar role;Bachelor's or Master's Degree;Fluent in English; French, German, or Spanish are a plus;Experience in multinational companies with a matrix organization;Ability to manage clients' requests;Experience in managing service contract terms and conditions;Knowledge of after-sales activities, warranty costs, and related management skills;Management of client requests and complaints;Knowledge of services sales and negotiation techniques;Excellent team working skills.
