About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior A&H Underwriter to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our underwriting team, you will be responsible for underwriting new and renewal business, using your expertise to analyze complex risks and develop creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Underwrite a range of new and renewal business, applying your technical knowledge and analytical skills
  • Develop strong relationships with brokers, communicating risk appetite and value proposition
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with brokers and clients
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion through broker network development and cross-selling initiatives
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven underwriting experience, with a strong understanding of A&H risks and market trends
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service

We estimate that the annual salary for this role is approximately €80,000 - €100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
