About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in sales with a dynamic internship at Reckitt. You'll gain hands-on experience across diverse brands, learning about analysis, 4P strategy, and customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the tracking of the 4P guidelines (Presence, Positioning, Promotion, Price) by channel
  • Analysis of sell-out data and identification of mind gap versus brand plan
  • Interaction with Sales and Marketing functions
  • Implementation and evaluation of launch plans and category projects
  • Monitoring of Sales KPIs; creation of presentations for the sales force
  • Management of communications flow to the sales force
  • Relationship with communication agencies

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong academic background in Economics. Fluency in English and Italian is essential, and excellent Excel skills are a must. If you have a passion for sales and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you.
