- Effective planning and execution of daily operations, ensuring progress tracking and compliance with priorities and organizational standards.

- Application of analytical methodologies and proficiency in relevant software tools.
- Calibration and management of laboratory instruments in accordance with established protocols.
- Independent project management from initial planning stages to solution proposal based on analytical outcomes.
- Presentation of analytical results to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Organization and management of documentation and data repositories.
- Collaboration on study protocols, analytical methodologies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Contribution to the training of technical staff and updates to procedural documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, CTF, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
- In-depth knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation.
- Understanding of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) along with laboratory management systems.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and quality assurance practices.
- Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.
