Key Responsibilities

Olympic Broadcasting Services seeks a highly skilled Junior Architect to join our team as an Architectural Design Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in the review of all IBC fit-out design packages and their multiple iterations, verifying compliance with the clients' architectural requirements.

  • Assist in the review of design packages, ensuring compliance with established work methods and clients' requirements.
  • Coordinate with external design contractors to ensure timely and consistent submissions.
  • Monitor and control document exchange using Microsoft SharePoint.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Architecture, with a minimum of five years of experience in the construction-related field. Strong experience with AutoCAD and other digital design tools is required, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience in the construction-related field, ideally in an international environment.
  • Strong handling of basic web applications and digital/mobile working tools.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and manage changing priorities.
Work Environment

The selected candidate will be based at the International Broadcast Centre (IBC) and will be required to work on-site during the design phase, fit-out phase, and operational phase. The position will also involve working on shifts during the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
